how it works
What to Expect
- We deliver the soft-serve machine on our cart approximately 30 minutes prior to your event
- We will show you how to pour the soft serve mix into the machine and make sure the machine is operating correctly
- We provide 6 ounce cups, cake cones, spoons, and napkins
Important Considerations
- The cart with machine attached is very heavy and cannot go up steps; the event space needs to have a flat pathway for it to be wheeled into your space
- The machine is powered with our 50- or 100- extension cord which we will plug into your locations' dedicated 20-amp outlet
- One dedicated person to oversee the machine is helpful to ensure the hopper is full of mix and the switches and power cord are left as is
- If the weather is very hot and humid or rainy, the machine/cart needs to be kept in a covered location. We offer a sun umbrella (at no additional charge) with the cart for sunny days
Renter Responsiblites
- Ensure there is a clear, flat pathway at the event location for the cart to remain on during the event. Doorways must be at least 34 inches wide
- Ensure there is a 20-amp/115 volt dedicated circuit to efficiently power the machine
- Oversee the machine during the event, including pouring the soft-serve mix into the machine
